At Divine Creations Co., every product is handcrafted, customized, prepared-to-order, or carefully curated with intentional care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
By placing an order with Divine Creations Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, product descriptions, shipping limitations, local order requirements, and terms listed throughout this website prior to purchase.
Food Product Sales
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of baked goods and specialty desserts, all food product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
Cottage food products
Specialty desserts
Custom dessert orders
Holiday or event orders
Perishable products
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, shipping restrictions, ingredient information, pickup arrangements, and ordering details before completing their purchase.
Specialty Dessert Orders
Specialty desserts, including peach cobbler, banana pudding, and pies, are prepared through preapproved local order arrangements only and are not eligible for shipping.
Failure to pick up or coordinate approved delivery arrangements does not qualify for refunds or charge reversals.
Handmade, Custom & Upcycled Products
Due to the handmade, custom, made-to-order, artistic, or upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final on:
